Corporate Wellness Program Outline

Via a 3-Step Process, we objectively identify health risks and eliminate them, from the people that cost companies the most $ in:
  • Health care
  • Insurance
  • Productivity
These people usually fall into 3 main categories:
  • Overweight
  • Cardio-Metabolic Syndrome (CMS):
    • Increased waist/height ration
    • Increased BP
    • Increased glucose
    • Increased LDL cholesterol & triglyceride
    • Decreased HDL
      • 3 of the 5 = diagnosis
      • These people are at a much greater risk for suffering from chronic diseases: CVD, diabetes, liver, kidney, thyroid, adrenal, mental, etc.
  • Chronic Pain
Step 1 - COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION
  • Questionnaires
    • RTCQ (Readiness to Change Questionnaire)
      • those below level 3 (of 6 levels) are not ready to change and it is a waste of time and $ to try to get them to comply
        • Maybe ½ of these people will move to level 3 after seeing their objective results and see how bad their health really is.
        • Those below level 3, after the evaluation, can order the Change for Good book.
        • Levels
          • Pre-contemplation
